Director P. Vasu’s stock seems to be rising in Tollywood also after the runaway success of Chandramukhi in Telugu. There is a great rush by production companies and heroes to book him for projects. There was an announcement that P.Vasu would direct Balakrishna in a film. However, this seemed ruled out after P.Vasu announced that he would be directing Mohan Babu’s film under Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner. The film goes on the floors in July and would be released in November. Vasu had written the story and screenplay for an earlier Mohanbabu film, Assembly Rowdy. Besides, P.Vasu has reportedly disclosed his interest in casting Nayantara opposite Balakrishna. So, he would after all be starting work with Balakrishna also. Watch this space for more developments
