With Payya’s audio released,
it’s widely speculated that
the movie’s release is just
around the corner. And initial reports
from people who viewed the movie’s
rushes are promising. Also, celebrities
who had the opportunity to sneak
a look at the movie’s footage
vouch for the jet-paced love &
action flick, the first in the genre
that Lingusamy has directed since
Run.
Lingusamy was quoted as saying that
Karthi wanted a racy entertainer
just like Run and he hence built
upon a thread based on the similar
genre. Payya is about a road trip
the movie’s leads Karthi and
Tamannah take and what they encounter
during the trip owing to Tamannah’s
mysterious past.
