Retorting to this angrily, Jai Akash said
that Madan began three years ago in which
Sunaina was booked along with Tamanna. However
the project was shelved for some reasons
but the actress was paid a sum of one lakh
and was also trained in acting and dance
lessons. Fifteen days of shooting involving
Sunaina was also completed.
Jai Akash further adds that there was a
contract for the film which was signed by
Sunaina which prevented her from signing
any other film before completing Madan.
But the actress has violated the contract
but he did not take up the issue as she
is an upcoming actress and he did not want
to spoil her career. But after hearing what
she had said in the media about not featuring
in Madan, Jai Akash is very angry and has
plans to file a defamation suit against
her. It may also be noted that there was
a similar complaint against Tamanna also
for the same film.
