Director Priyadarshan has signed
up Trisha to play the lead role
in his forthcoming Bollywood flick.
Speaking about her role, Trisha
said that she was aware that Bollywood
films require heroines to be glamorous
and this venture has enough scope
for that.
The lady had been waiting for a
good opportunity to foray in to
Bollywood, with a good banner, an
ace director and a well-established
hero; it is definitely a chance
of a lifetime for the actress.
Trisha revealed that she bagged
the role only after the hero, Akshay
Kumar was confident of her acting
skills. News from Bollywood is that
Akshay ensured Trisha’s suitability
only after watching her Tamil and
Telugu films. Trisha added that
she does not mind acting in any
language as long as the story is
good.
