Shedding his chocolate boy image in Anjathe, Prasanna proved that he can act in different roles if given an opportunity. His next film in the making Achamundu Achamundu will also portray the star in a new light. Prasanna has now bagged the lead role for a film that is to be produced by V.A. Durai – the producer of smash hit Pithamagan. Speaking about his film,

the producer said that he is confident that the film will become a hit like Pithamagan. Director Jananathan’s assistant Satheesh will adorn the director’s mantle in this yet-to-be-named film. The film is slated to hit the floors on September 20th. Work is on to rope in the technicians while the heroine is an import from Kerala.
