His next film in the making Achamundu Achamundu will also portray the star in a new light. Prasanna has now bagged the lead role for a film that is to be produced by V.A. Durai – the producer of smash hit Pithamagan. Speaking about his film,

the producer said that he is confident that the film will become a hit like Pithamagan. Director Jananathan’s assistant Satheesh will adorn the director’s mantle in this yet-to-be-named film. The film is slated to hit the floors on September 20th. Work is on to rope in the technicians while the heroine is an import from Kerala.
