Naan Kadavul out of trouble
August 26, 2008
Naan Kadavul’s woes seem to be finally over with ZEE TV purchasing the film for a whopping Rs. 14 crores. The film’s director Bala had been working on the film for over a couple of years with Naan Kadavul changing hands from producer Thenappan to Pyramid Saimira. When the budget increased beyond the agreed amount, Pyramid Saimira declined to pay it resulting

in Bala refusing to part with the film’s copy. Meanwhile, the issue was amicably settled by both the parties and ZEE TV entered the fray to lap up the rights, which include audio, domestic and international theatrical rights and television rights, of Naan Kadavul. With the issue sorted out, Naan Kadavul is expected to see the light of the day very soon.
