Genelia - "I am really fond of Becham"

Genelia, the latest heartthrob of Kollywood is making waves in Bollywood too with her Jaane Tu Jaane Na. The film is doing very well and her performance has been received well all over. She has been offered three Hindi films now. To a question on whether she has plans to shift her base to Mumbai, this pretty looking actress said, “I have started

my film career in the south and would prefer to continue it here. Of course, I have been offered roles in Hindi films but would accept them only if the scripts are to my liking.”

Reacting to a poser on her hobbies, Genelia said, “Though I am a sports buff, I am especially crazy about football and manage to watch all the matches that David Becham plays. He is my favorite football player. He has a distinct playing style and I am very fond of him.” She also added that she is keenly watching the Beijing Olympics and wishes that India does well in the games.
