Ratnam released the audio of Kalavani and Sasi
Kumar received it from him, as announced earlier.
The film’ director is Sargunam, who was
associated with director Vijay earlier.
Naseer, Kalavani’s producer is a well-known
face among the film fraternity as he was the
production manager to Mani Ratnam and manager
to Madhavan and Trisha.
Speaking at the event, Mani said that any
goof-ups that occur in the directorial side
will reflect on the production side as well
and ultimately the production manager will
have to face the music from the director.
The ace director revealed that Naseer has
seen him fuming in anger several times and
has taken his abusive language without a flinch
on his face.
Mani Ratnam revealed that he agreed to attend
this audio launch to take it as an opportunity
to apologize to Naseer.
