Namitha’s
forthcoming flick, Jaganmohini,
has created an expectation among
her fans and movie buffs, more so
because the film is a remake of
a Tamil film of the same name. The
film’s last schedule is now
being filmed at VGP near Chennai.
The original version was the brainchild
of noted filmmaker Vittalacharya
and had Jayamalini in the title
role. Vittalacharya’s film
was released in the year 1978, at
a time when technical know-how in
Kollywood was not as advanced as
today. However, with the recent
advancements, the new version is
sure to attract the audience with
newer technologies and graphics.
