Silambarasan’s parallel career flourishes

Although Silambarasan’s films only release at the rate of two per year, his voice seems to be in constant limelight at any give point in time, courtesy to his established singing abilities in the so-called genre ‘kuthu pattu’. His association with the RJ-turned-singer Suchitra has yielded successful results with the pair having sung many chartbusters in the recent past.

Vaigai recently for a song in Sabesh-Murali’s music. In less than a few days, the duo returned to the studios again for another song titled ‘Olai Vedi Pathavechen’, for the movie Thottupaar, the lyrics of which were penned by Perarasu. Talk about dual career options!
