Silambarasan akin to Shah Rukh Khan!

In a recent interview to a leading magazine, Silambarasan rued that his negative image was due to the films like Manmadhan and Vallavan. The actor said that the characters of these two films stuck to him. However, the star pointed out that initially, when Shah Rukh Khan starred in Darr and Baazigar he also developed a negative image but this faded away after doing some good roles and SRK eventually rose high up in the rank in Bollywood.

Having bagged the lead role in the Gautham Menon directed Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya, can we expect a makeover in Silambarasan’s image?
