The National Green Tribunal on Monday suspended the environmental clearance certificate granted to the 'India-based Neutrino Observatory' project that was planned near Theni. The environment clearance was cancelled because of the project's proximity to the Madhikettan Shola National Park in Idukki district of Kerala.
