Police reportedly said a 52-year-old man allegedly beheaded his wife in a fit of rage following an argument over a family matter and carried the severed head to a police outpost. Neemgaon Station House Officer DK Singh reportedly said the man Ram Sewak “brutally killed” his wife, 50-year-old Usha Devi, with a khurpa (shovel-like tool) and beheaded her. Following his surrender to police, a case of murder has been lodged and the man has been sent to custody, he added.
