Two men were arrested near Sao Paulo in Brazil after they tortured a teenager whom they accused of trying to steal a bicycle from a disabled man. Reportedly, the 17-year-old teen was tied up and tattooed with the words “I am a thief and a loser” on his forehead. A viral footage showed the victim sitting while a man uses a tattoo machine to mark his forehead in large, crudely drawn capital letters. The victim, however, reportedly denied he had been stealing, and said, “I was drunk and I bumped into the bicycle and it fell over.”
