Police have filed FIR against DMK working president M K Stalin after he and other MLAs of the party gathered before the Gandhi Statue in Marina beach to protest the eviction of DMK MLAs from the state Assembly. Reportedly, FIR has been filed against 63 MLAs including Stalin and three MPs under two sections including gathering without permission.
