According to reports, gold jewellery worth around Rs 18.5 lakh and Rs 36,000 cash were stolen in four separate incidents in Chennai on Friday. Reportedly, the burglars broke into four houses in Villivakkam, Madhavaram and Ponneri. The police have reportedly filed a case and launched a hunt for the suspects.
