In the Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, a father and a brother shot a girl on Saturday on hearing of her love affair with boy from her own neighborhood. The police have reportedly registered a case against the father and the brother. While the girl accused her father and brother of firing gun shots at her, her mother, however, denied the charge, saying the girl was accusing them out of anger. The Police is reportedly investigating the matter.
