According to South Korean media reports, North Korea has said it will hold talks with the US “if the conditions were right”. Following a meeting with ex-US government officials in Norway, a senior North Korean diplomat reportedly said dialogue with the Trump administration was possible. Notably, US President Donald Trump had, earlier this month, said he would be “honoured” to meet Kim Jong-un.
