A bunch of miscreants attacked 50-year-old Jaffer, a homeless man, and tried to burn his private parts. The video of the shocking incident, which occurred at around 1:30 in the night on June 4 at Kodambakkam, has gone viral. Three men along with a minor, all drunk, harassed Jaffer when he was sleeping near the Indian Bank at Rangaraja Puram. The four, Shyam, Pugazhendhi, Rajesh and the minor took advantage of Jaffar's drunk state and beat him with pipes before one of them attempted to torch his private parts. The cops have arrested the miscreants.
