External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday reportedly offered a medical visa to Rohaan, a four-month-old Pakistani child. According to reports, Rohaan has a hole in his heart and needed treatment from Jaypee Hospital situated in Noida. Notably, the medical visa for Rohaan was granted after his father appealed to Sushma via Twitter.
