Chinese electronics manufacturer, TCL on Monday launched a new smartphone under its Alcatel brand on Monday. Named, Pixi 4, the smartphone is priced at Rs. 9,100. According to reports, Pixi 4 sports a 6-inch HD display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In camera, it packs an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
