Following Reliance Jio’s allegation that incumbents are offering customised retention offers for subscribers who want to shift out of their network, TRAI has said it will “look into” complaints. Offerings by operators should be transparent and non-discriminatory, stated TRAI's RS Sharma. Sharma said, “If these complaints have come, we will certainly look into them.”
