Arnab Goswami’s newly launched Republic TV is part of BJP lawmaker Rajeev Chandrasekhar owned media venture ARG Outlier Media, which also owns the Asianet network. SARG Media Holding, a company in which Goswami and his wife are stakeholders, is also an investor. SARG's investors include Infosys' former CFO Mohandas Pai, and Sameer Manchanda, who helped set up CNN-IBN.
