October
18th saw the Maja
team at Hotel Adithya. The producer
Rockline Venkatesh organized a press meet
to announce the completion of the movie.
Present for the meet were Vikram,
Asin, director Shafi and the cameraman.
The producer said, “the DTS work is
happening very fast.” The team is
looking at a Diwali release. The director
said, the film unit was like a team and
a family. Vikram agreed and felt shooting
for Maja was a total “Majaa.”
The film is high in technical quality. Maja
is superb in its art and cinematography,
according to the director. |

Jothika,
Jo is currently shooting for a Telugu remake.
Jo is very busy with Ram Gopal Varma’s
Shock remake. She is shooting in Hyderabad.
The movie has Ravi Teja as the hero and
Harish as the director. RGV is incidentally
remaking the movie in Telugu. Jo, celebrated
her birthday recently. The actress
was born on October 18th and she
celebrated the day by cutting a cake. Surya,
who she insists is a good friend called
to wish her from Chennai. Jo’s friends
from Mumbai and Chennai also wished the
actress a long and lovely life. Surya
is shooting for Aaru
in Chennai. |
