latest trend in Bollywood
is to make new versions
of yesteryear blockbuster
hits. As soon as we
had announcement about
Ram Gopal Verma’s
version of Sholay,
we have the news that
Farhan
Akhthar
will be directing the
remake of Don, which
catapulted Amitabh Bachan
to superstardom. Shah
Rukh Khan will play
the lead and Mallika
Sherawat was announced
as the leading lady.
Now, Isha Koppikar has
also been ramped up.
The reasoning as per
Farhan is that even
if people do not turn
up for Shah Rukh, the
two girls will drag
them to the theatres.
So, we can expect a
stiff (or strip?) competition
between the two girls.
