After directing successful comedies
like the Golmaal series and All The Best,
Rohit Shetty’ s next movie will
be an action packed film. Sources report
that this movie will be a remake of the
2010 Tamil smash-hit Singam. While Suriya
was the lead actor in the Tamil version,
the Hindi remake will star Rohit's best
friend Ajay Devgan. The film will be produced
by Reliance Big Pictures which had also
co-produced the Tamil version.
Considering that Rohit made his debut
as a director in Zameen, which was an
action film, it will be interesting to
see how the director tackles this genre
after a hiatus.
