The album opener is an upbeat kuthu-rap tune that has pretty simple yet enjoyable lyrics. Vidyasagar has done his share of kuthu numbers in the past so he knows very well how to make this track work, but he does work the song to have its own color. Ranjith, Rahul Nambiar take turns to inject the tune with energy.

Vidyasagar reminds us his tremendous ability to churn out great melodies with this tune. Karthik has been entrusted with the vocal responsibilities and he does well with a restrained performance for most part of the song. Instrumentally the track rests on a beautiful swaying beat which is laced with assured guitar note picking with some organ effects creating the atmosphere around it.

This is a vintage Vidyasagar tune in which the composer strings together nice melodies and ropes in quality singers to deliver them. The sound and feel does evoke the feeling of a ‘blast from the past’ but the melodies are good enough to draw our attention. Even the musical progression and sequencing is trademark Vidyasagar.

The track opens with a back-beat and strums that are straight from a JT song, but melodies are entirely Vidyasagar’s. Andrea does exceptionally well singing in the low register and seems to be in her pomp this season. Despite its dance groove, the track does sound quite grim in mood with an underlying tension.
