Actress Nayanthara was last seen playing the female lead in the Sivakarthikeyan starrer romantic comedy Mr. Local directed by M. Rajesh. The lady superstar's next release will be the Chakri Toleti helmed horror thriller Kolaiyuthir Kaalam.
Meanwhile, the actress will be starring in a Malayalam film titled Love Action Drama, in which she is paired opposite Mollywood star Nivin Pauly. The film's first look was released and promises to be a breezy flick.
Love Action Drama marks the directorial debut of Dhyan Sreenivasan, actor and the younger brother of multi-faceted filmmaker Vinith Sreenivasan. Dhyan had earlier starred in films like Thira, Kunyiramayanam to name a few

On the technical front, Love Action Drama is shot by Jomon T. John and Romy Varghese Raj while Vivek Harshan handles the editing department. Shaan Rahman will be composing music and the film will be produced by Visakh Subramaniam and Aju Varghese under the banner Funtastic Films.
