One of the leading queens of South, Nayanthara was last seen on screen in M.Rajesh’s Mr. Local that featured Sivakarthikeyan in the lead. Produced by K E Gnanavel Raja under the production banner Studio Green, the film also starred Yogi Babu, Sathish and others in supporting roles.
Nayanthara has a number of biggies lined up in her pipeline too. Chakri Toleti’s Kolaiyuthir Kaalam, Surender Reddy’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Atlee Kumar’s Bigil, AR Murugadoss’ Darbar to name a few. She also has another Malayalam film in her kitty.
Titled as Love Action Drama, this upcoming romantic action film is directed by debutant Dhyan Sreenivasan. Apart from the Lady Superstar, the film also features Nivin Pauly and Aju Varghese in the lead roles.
While Vineeth Sreenivasan and Basil Joseph will be seen in supporting roles, the film has another interesting addition to its cast. Popular serial star Prajin who is currently a part of the Vijay TV serial Chinna Thambi, will also be featured in the film in a negative role reportedly. The film wrapped up its shoot earlier this month and is all set to have a grand release this Onam (September).
