Yesterday, April 21, a Union Cabinet meeting convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi passed an ordinance to introduce death penalty as punishments for criminals convicted of rape of children below the age 12. Here's what actor Varalakshmi Sarathkumar had to say about the ordinance on Twitter:
