ONE MORE TAMIL FILM FOR OSCAR RACE

National Award winning best feature film in Tamil, Kuttram Kadithal, is in the news again. The film which was acclaimed and appreciated as the best Tamil film by many, has now applied for the 87^th Academy Oscar award.

The much expected movie has marked its date of release on 24^th of September as declared by producer J.Satish Kumar. Kuttram Kadithal which has been screened in many festivals and has won many prestigious awards is produced by JSK Film Corporation in association with Chris Pictures starring a bunch of newcomers like Master Ajay, Radhika Prasidhha, Sai Rajkumar, and Pavel Navageethan.

It has to be noted that Manikandan’s Kaakka Muttai has also been shortlisted by the Film Federation of India for Oscar race and the final list will be known in a few days from now.
