Jai's debut run!

Having learnt driving at the age of 15, the Ford Fiesta being his first car he bought with his first salary to the Audi Q6 he drives now, a hardcore Schumacher and Ferrari fan, actor and now Racer Jai has recently forayed and made his debut at the Indian Junior Touring Car category of the Madras Motor Sports Club National Racing Championship held at Irungattukottai. The first round consisted of three races held on Saturday and Sunday. Jai came 11th in the first race and 8th in the second one. He met with an accident on the next day but was quick to recover and still grabbed the 11th position, overall being a good debut run.

Jai has been training under former national champion Radha Selvaraj for the last 5 months, and is looking forward to the Indian Junior Touring Car Championship. His future plans include representing the nation in international racing circuits. Racer Abdullah and actor Ajith are Jai's inspirations, and he plans to make it a point to hit the tracks every sunday and practice.
