Aamir's PK is maintaining a rock-solid pace ... Records beware
Dec 24, 2014Aamir Khan's PK is maintaining a very good pace at the Indian box-office. We had reported about its opening weekend net being in excess of 93 crores. After the first two weekdays, the film's Indian box-office net is now close to 137 crores.
There have been very minimal drops on the weekdays thanks to the controversies, curiosity around the film and the extremely positive reviews among all sections. With Christmas coming up tomorrow leading into an extended 2nd weekend, PK is expected to pile on many more crores and will surely shoot way past the 200 crores net mark in India at the end of the 2nd Sunday.
It is indeed a huge 2nd inning for the '3 Idiots' duo of Rajkumar Hirani - Aamir Khan. Will PK go on to become the biggest ever Hindi grosser beating Dhoom 3? Looks like it.
