Facebook owned WhatsApp has launched a standalone app for business purposes as ‘WhatsApp Business’. The app has been launched to make business communication with customers more streamlined for small and medium enterprises. Users can create a Business profile with additional information like a description, address, and contact information, and enable quick replies for answers to common questions.
