Google admits to tracking this data from your Android

According to reports, Google has admitted to gathering users’ location data through android phones even when the location services are turned off or even if there’s no SIM card in the device. With the help of nearby mobile towers, Android phones have reportedly been collecting location data of the users and sending them back to google. This is considered as a major privacy violation as the users cannot even opt out of sharing their location with Google.
