India registers innings victory against Sri Lanka

India has reportedly won the second Test match against Sri Lanka in Nagpur by an innings and 239 runs. Star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin created a record by taking his 300th wicket in his 58th Test. Sri Lanka, who were all out for 205 runs in the first innings, collapsed for 166 in the second innings. India had declared for 610 runs for 6 wickets. Captain Virat Kohli had scored a double century, while Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara and Rohit Sharma contributed a century each.
