A woman who was allegedly found murdered in Potheri Railway station was identified as Sabitha from Vellore district who was working in Chennai as a housemaid. According to media reports, Sabitha was lying on the railway tracks with stabs all over her body. The family of the deceased contacted the police after her picture was circulating on Whatsapp. Reportedly, her body was sent for a postmortem on Wednesday. The police are yet to identify the reason for the crime.
