TN rains: Temporary bridge washed away

A temporary bridge that was built in a village in Nagapattinam was reportedly washed away due to heavy rains. People have been travelling 10 kilometres extra to reach another bridge to reach their destinations. Heavy rains have been pouring in the state during the ongoing Northeast monsoon.
