CORONA CASES IN TN RISING: CHECK HERE FOR NEW CASES, DEATH & RECOVERIES AS ON JUNE 8 

Tamil Nadu on Monday, June 8, reported 1,562 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 33,229.

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 20,575 / 12,637 / 17 

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –  77 (44 Govt+33 Private) 

- Total number of samples tested till date –    6,07,952   

- Total number of samples tested today –  14,982 

- Total number of persons tested till date –   33,229 

- Total number of persons tested today –   1,562 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 17,527 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 528   

- Total number of deaths today/ till date -   17 (3 Private14 Govt) / 286
