Tamil Nadu to get Rs 2,036 crore loan for this big project

The World Bank has reportedly announced to provide Rs 2,036 crore loan for modernisation of irrigation projects in Tamil Nadu. The project will help small and marginal farmers to improve water management and adopt climate resilient techniques. The project will reportedly benefit around five lakh farmers.
