According to Times of India reports, AIADMK’s sidelined general secretary VK Sasikala filed a petition with Election Commission accusing that the affidavits submitted by Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami and deputy Chief Minister O Paneerselvam were ‘forged and fabricated’. The EPS-OPS faction reportedly denied these accusations and said all submitted affidavits on Sep 29 from their general council members, MPs and MLAs were genuine.
