An episode of the popular TV show “Neeya Naana” in a topic related to Kerala woman and Tamil woman scheduled to air on Sunday afternoon was not telecasted after a police complaint was filed and many objected the promo saying it encouraged objectification of woman. Following wide criticism on social media, Neeya Naana Director Anthony in a TV debate show blamed leftist feminists for the ban of the episode and responded to criticisms asking what was the need to cancel the show even before it was aired.
