In the wake of the approaching Pongal festival, a division bench of the Madras High Court advised the various trade union leaders and their members working in the State Transport Corporations return to work from today and do their work continuously for five days, so that commuters can reach their places safely for the harvest festival. The bench of Justices S Manikumar and M Govindaraj made the request, reports The New Indian Express.
