In yet another case a man in Palani was issued with smart card with the photo of the national flag. After the government’s imposition of changing ration cards to smart cards, this is the third case in which photo has not been properly printed. In earlier cases, a smart card was issued to a woman with actress Kajal Agarwal’s photo, and another man in Salem received smart card with Lord Ganesha’s photo.
