The Regional Meteorological Centre, Chennai, has reportedly forecasted that many places in Tamil Nadu may receive rains or rains with thunderstorms on October 18, Diwali day. Many districts in the State are already receiving rains for the past couple of days. Meanwhile, some parts of Chennai will have a slight rainfall, while there was no chance of a storm now, it reportedly said.
