"MADURAI WILL BECOME LIKE SYDNEY": MINISTER SELLUR K RAJU

At an AIADMK party workers meeting on Sunday, Minister Sellur K Raju reportedly said that Madurai will soon become like Sydney. The meeting was held in Madurai's Jaihindpuram.

Raju reportedly said, "AIADMK is the only party to win in 234 constituencies without any coalition during the election. AIADMK is the third largest party in India."

Speaking about Madurai, Raju claimed that world-class gardens like those in Australia's Sydney will be built on the banks of Vaigai River in Madurai. "Madurai will soon become like Sydney," assured the minister.
