Like Petronas, this place in Chennai to get twin towers with 50 floors

The Periyar building in Nandanam will be changed to a 50-floor skyscraper and from the 20th floor, this building will be connected to the 20th floor of a 35 floor of another highrise building through a skywalk which will be built with concrete and glass, according to reports on Times of India. The skywalk will reportedly be built across Anna Salai. Reportedly, the project is at a conceptual stage and is reportedly estimated at a cost of Rs 700- 750 crores.
