Indigo issues apology; Govt orders enquiry into the incident

After videos emerged of an Indigo staffer manhandling a passenger at Delhi airport, the airlines issued an apology. Indigo President Aditya Ghosh released a statement, apologising for the unfortunate incident. The latest in the controversy is the government seeking a report from the airline on the issue.
