According to media reports, the Southern Railway will soon run an express train from Chennai to Madurai. This new train will be launched with the new timetable that will be implemented from November 1. The AC express train will have stoppings in Katpadi, Salem, Karur and Dindigul, reported Times of India. Apart from this, two more trains - Tambaram to Sengottai, Tambaram to Thirunelveli will also be reportedly launched with the new timetable.
