Condemn govt for leaving nurses protest on road: MK Stalin

DMK working president MK Stalin on Tuesday reportedly said that he condemns the Tamil Nadu government’s act of leaving the nurses to protest in the middle of the road. The nurses, who are working on contractual basis, are protesting in Anna Salai of Chennai for the second day on Tuesday demanding to make their jobs permanent and to hike their salaries. He also reportedly urged the government to talk to the nurses and hear their demands, adding that the government should not unleash repression against the nurses.
